During the new season, the developers are adding temporary modes. This time, a mode has been added in the style of the acclaimed game Among Us.
The update can be found in a separate playlist called The Spy Within. An interesting fact, the development of the mode was carried out together with the creators of Snownymous, jstKamui, DolphinDom and other popular developers.
How to play The Spy Within
Players will not be able to keep in touch with each other. For communication, it is necessary to convene a meeting at which the suspicious activity of the acting characters is discussed. Epic Games recommend using video chat during the new mode, which is available for PC and PS.
Rules of the game:
- From the very beginning of the game, you only know which team you belong to. The roles of the rest of the players are classified.
- There will be 2 “Spies” in the game, who must eliminate all other participants before they have time to fulfill their goals.
- The rest of the players get the role of “Agent”. Their task is to reveal the Spies and prevent them from eliminating the crew members.
- To win, the Agents will need to collect gold coins during the mission.
For passing The Spy Within mode, each player receives a unique gift: a musical theme, a skin for a weapon, a glider.
