What are Shadow bases in Fortnite

One of the tasks of the second week of the “Big Man Briefing” is to visit spy hideouts. The world of Fortnite has been taken over by 2 enemy organizations – now it is divided between the agents of “Shadow” and “Ghost”. The gamer’s task is to get to the Shadow base. But this is not so easy to do.

All caches are carefully guarded by spies who are ready to attack at any moment.

You will have to not only seek shelter, but also bypass the traps of enemies, look for secret tunnels, hide and hide.

Where to find Shadow bases in Fortnite

Not all shelters can be entered through the door, sometimes you need to use special tunnels. You can complete the mission faster if you know where the necessary passages are. But in 1 match, you will not be able to completely pass the test.

Alpha

Head to Pleasant Park and find a gas station. Directly behind it is a blue toilet cubicle – a teleporting device with which you can get inside, right into the cache.

Beta

Base Beta is hidden under a gas station in a location called Fatal Farm. But getting into the cache is not so easy, because it is impossible to do it through a door or window. So after landing in this part of the Fortnite map, head east and find a small red brick building with a biotulet inside. Go to the restroom and use the teleporter to be transported to the hideout.

Charlie

To complete the challenge, land at Beach Village and travel east. On the outskirts, you will see a small 2-storey house with telescopes on the balcony. You can go inside it through the doors.

But there is another option. Find the trash can located in front of the building – this is a teleporting machine. With the help of the unit, you can quickly get into the shelter, avoiding skirmishes with the guards.

Delta

To visit this hideout, you need to go to the Lonely Lake and move to a small island. Find a small white house. To complete the task, you do not need to get inside, you just need to walk near the wall of the base. But it is guarded by agents, so try to move unnoticed.

Echo

To get into the hideout, you need to land on the Gentle Shore. Go to the south side of the location. In the middle of the forest, you will see an unremarkable red brick house. A distinctive feature of the base is a large satellite dish on the roof. Better to be careful as the building is guarded by spies. If you don’t want to fight your enemies, disguise yourself in a phone booth.

After you go around 5 caches of the “Shadow”, the task will be considered completed. By completing all of the challenges of Week 2 of the Big Man Briefing, gamers can get a bonus costume style. Players who choose the dark side will be able to dress the hero in a classic black suit with a ski mask that completely hides his face. If you chose to join the agents of the “Ghost”, then Big Man will dress in a white jacket and trousers.
