Fortnite Battle Royale Island has many locations. Since the inception of the game, they have disappeared, added and renamed. In the Battle Royale shooter Fortnight, The Cardboard Factory is a new lock that appeared in Season 2 of Chapter 2. But you won’t see it on the map of the island.
What is Cardboard Box in Fortnite
Many objects and structures in the popular Fortnight shooter are multifunctional. An inconspicuous gray technical building standing by the road can become a place for an important task, a blue toilet stall can serve as a teleportation, and a red telephone booth located at the points of deployment of spy bases can turn into a camouflage place.
The use of an item such as a cardboard box also has different uses.
Its main function in the game is shelter, in addition, you can use it as a small mobile fortress. Being in Creepin ‘Cardboard will not prevent you from completing some tasks and taking part in game activities. For example, a carton box can be used as an observation post and firing point while in the classic battle royale fighting mode.

Among all the signed island locations, the Cardboard Box Factory is a place not marked on the map. The newly launched playpoint is located between Lazy Lake and Retail Row in a mountainous area on the southeastern part of the island in Block G7.

How to complete the task
Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 2 Season 2 kicks off “Trials of Dreaming” in Week 7, featuring a variety of quests. One of them is to visit the “Cardboard Factory”.
Completing the Challenge of Dreaming Week 7:
- take the Choppa helicopter;
- find a place on the map;
- Land in Block G7 between Lonely Lake and Nightmare Cinema;
- find any cardboard box and hide in it.
After completing all the actions, the task will be counted. You will receive 40,000 XP and bring closer the possibility of obtaining the Ghost or Shadow style for the Dreaming skin. The action with the box in the task is performed 1 time.
Interesting Facts
The carton box appeared in Chapter 2 Season 2 and in the Mr. Meowcle Plan Challenge Week 1. These assignments were preceded by a series of strange events.
Once, Mr. Meowcle lived on a luxurious Yacht, did not need anything, was cheerful, fought and was in the team of the Ghosts. Everything changed with the appearance of a new hero, Deadpool, who kicked the Cat out of the Yacht. After that, Mister Meowcle disappeared from the players’ field of view. And Deadpool on the stolen “Yacht” went to explore the island.
With the advent of the secret character Deadpool, the game has been replenished with new combat items.

After a while, the unfortunate Mister Meowskle was discovered by the players at the Cardboard Factory. He was furious and bitterly disappointed. This is how Mr. Meowskle’s Plan was born, in which he figured out how to use the carton box in combat. And Meuskul himself joined the Shadow warband.
