On March 15, 2018, an event took place in Battle Royale Fortnite that brought a lot of color and fun to the game. In patch v.3.3.0 Epic Games presented a new type of lootbox for Fortnite – Llama (Llama Piniata).

What is Llama in Fortnite

The Llama came to the Royal Games from PvE (Fight the Storm) battles, where she became at the same time a symbol of luck, a talisman and a way of obtaining valuable loot.

Finding Piñata on the island’s map is not easy, so every appearance of it causes a storm of emotions among players.

A rare loot box is fraught with a lot of valuable prizes:

• potions to restore health and increase the level of protection;

• blueprints and heroes.

Unlike traditional loot chests, the Loot Llama is random, during the 1st match the probability of its appearance is reduced to 3, and the exact location on the map is impossible to guess.

Improving the level

Loot box llamas have the ability to improve. To upgrade the Pinata during a match, roll a virtual die at it, click on the upgrade button (if this function is included when you purchase it from the item store). Also, Lama can be upgraded with a few hits.

Types of possible improvements:

• mini silver;
• silver;
• gold.

With the upgrade of the creature, its contents also improve. The highest quality loot is found in the Golden Lama.

How the loot is obtained

During the passage of tests and tasks, players will encounter chests with loot and Piñatas, which contain more valuable loot. Lootboxes are opened in the same way as chests – with a pickaxe blow.

Llama locations in Fortnite

Loot boxes spawn randomly in the game. Some players have noticed a set of locations in which they are more common than in other areas of Fortnight.

They draw it, make prints on garments, turn it into souvenir key rings, sculpt it from polymer clay and plasticine.

One of these ways:

• select a Piñata picture for work;
• take the required number of sheets of thick paper;
• draw fragments of the creature on them in 3D;
• cut them out with scissors and fold them along the folds so that a shape is formed;
• take glue for working with cardboard and glue the pieces of the Lama folded at the seams;
• after the glued Pinata dries, paint it according to the previously selected type.
